Privacy Notice
This notice describes the information Fahari handles in its current private marketplace operations pilot and why it is used.
Information we handle
When you sign in, the service receives account identifiers and profile details made available by the sign-in provider, such as your name and email address. The workspace may also store business names, membership roles, access requests, and access history. Information you or an authorized teammate add can include product and catalog details, SKUs, images, listing or A+ drafts, tasks, notes, inventory files, advertising report files, and customer-care draft content.
Information from connected services
A marketplace or commerce provider may supply information when an authorized connection or import is used. The Shopify catalog currently shown in Fahari is a saved catalog observation for review, not continuous background synchronization. Fahari does not inherit credentials from your separate ChatGPT, Shopify, Amazon, or other accounts. Amazon approved Fahari’s SP-API developer profile, but Fahari has not yet registered its application or received live seller information through an authorized production connection. Channel logos and names on the site do not mean a live connection is active.
How we use information
We use workspace information to authenticate users, apply business and role access controls, show saved records, prepare drafts and review signals, keep task and access history, secure the service, troubleshoot problems, and support the people using the workspace. We do not use a submitted catalog or report to make an unapproved marketplace change.
Service providers and disclosures
Fahari uses the OpenAI Sites hosting platform, Cloudflare D1 database and R2 file storage, and OpenAI/ChatGPT for client sign-in. These providers may process workspace information on Fahari’s behalf to operate the service. Fahari does not sell workspace information or share Amazon Information with advertisers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer, subject to applicable law. Marketplace providers you choose to use process information under their own privacy notices. Although Amazon approved Fahari’s SP-API developer profile, application registration and seller authorization are not complete, and Fahari does not receive live Amazon Information through SP-API.
Access, retention, and deletion
The public marketing pages can be viewed without signing in. The client workspace requires an authenticated account and applies business membership and role checks to workspace data and actions. Information is retained while needed to operate the workspace, preserve records, protect the service, or meet legal obligations. The workspace keeps up to 20 recent saved inventory CSV snapshots per business; members with write access can delete a saved snapshot, and saving a new one removes older snapshots beyond that limit. To request access, correction, or deletion, email info@fahari.shop. Some records may need to be retained for security, legal, or operational reasons.
Your choices and responsibilities
You can choose what information to add and should avoid uploading passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, or sensitive personal information that the service does not need. If you add another person’s information, make sure you have the authority and required notice or permission to do so. Workspace owners can manage team roles and access in the application.
Security and children
We use access controls and hosting safeguards intended to protect workspace information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Fahari is a business service and is not designed for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact the workspace owner so it can be reviewed.
Updates and contact
We may update this notice when our service or data practices change. The current version and effective date appear on this page. For privacy questions or requests, email info@fahari.shop or use the Fahari contact page.
