Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules for using Fahari’s marketplace operations workspace and related services.
Using Fahari
Fahari provides tools and services for organizing marketplace catalog information, preparing listing and A+ content drafts, reviewing inventory files and advertising reports, and coordinating tasks. The workspace is currently a private pilot. We may update or suspend parts of the service as it develops.
Accounts and access
You must be authorized to use the account and workspace you access. Keep your sign-in credentials private and tell the workspace owner promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account. Workspace owners and administrators control membership and role permissions. You are responsible for activity carried out through accounts you authorize.
Your information and materials
You retain your rights to information, files, product facts, images, and other materials that you submit. You give Fahari permission to host and process those materials only as needed to provide, protect, and support the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit them, including any personal information they contain.
Recommendations and marketplace actions
Fahari may prepare drafts, analyses, and suggested tasks from information available in the workspace. These may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong and are not professional, legal, financial, advertising, or inventory advice. Review source data and every recommendation before relying on it. In this pilot, marketplace changes are not made automatically by Fahari; you remain responsible for approving and carrying out any action in a marketplace account.
Third-party platforms
Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, Etsy, Meta, Veeqo, eBay, TikTok Shop, and other providers operate independently and have their own terms, policies, availability, and data practices. A channel shown on the site does not mean that a live connection is active. You are responsible for complying with each provider’s terms and for maintaining any required permissions.
Fees and future plans
Fahari is currently offered by invitation during a pilot, with no subscription charge. Future managed-service plans may be offered by quote. Any price and terms will be shared before you agree to pay; using this pilot does not start a paid service.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its security or operation, try to access another business’s data, upload unlawful or harmful material, or use Fahari to violate another person’s rights or a marketplace’s rules.
Availability and liability
Fahari is provided on an evolving, as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Fahari disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
Suspension and ending access
You may stop using the service at any time. Fahari or a workspace owner may suspend or end access where reasonably needed to protect the service, comply with law, enforce these terms, or manage the workspace. We will handle retained information as described in the Privacy Notice and applicable law.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms as the service changes. The current version and effective date appear on this page. If a change materially affects your use, we will provide notice through the service or the channel used to manage your workspace where reasonably practicable. For questions, email info@fahari.shop or use the contact page.
